Junk Giant sends transactional, service-related text messages to customers who book a dumpster rental or junk-removal job and provide a mobile number. This page describes the program, how customers consent (opt in), the messages we send, and how to stop them.
Customers receive recurring service-related SMS tied to their own job: booking confirmations, driver and ETA notifications, appointment and rental-pickup reminders, invoices and secure payment links, and post-service follow-ups. This is a transactional, customer-care program only — Junk Giant does not send promotional or marketing text messages through it. Message frequency varies based on your service activity (typically a few messages per job). Message and data rates may apply.
Junk Giant collects SMS consent through its online booking form only. Customers are only messaged about their own booking — Junk Giant does not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Customers visit https://book.jgdumpster.com/book and book by entering their name, job details, and — optionally — a mobile phone number. The phone field is optional (a customer can book with just an email), and there is no pre-checked box. Directly beneath the phone field, the form displays this exact disclosure: “Giving a mobile number is optional — you can book with just an email. If you do provide a number, you agree to receive text messages from Junk Giant about your booking (confirmation, reminders, driver ETA, payment link, and replies to your questions). Message frequency varies by order. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of booking.” The disclosure links to these SMS Terms and the Privacy Policy. Providing a mobile number after this disclosure is the customer's express consent to booking-related service texts for that order only. Customers who reach us by phone are directed to this same online form to book and opt in.
Reply STOP to any message to immediately opt out; you will receive one confirmation that no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at scheduling@junk-giant.com or (770) 799-8386. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Junk Giant does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent/opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
