Junk Giant Text Messaging Program

SMS Terms & Opt-In Disclosure · Last updated June 12, 2026

Junk Giant sends transactional, service-related text messages to customers who book a dumpster rental or junk-removal job and provide a mobile number. This page describes the program, how customers consent (opt in), the messages we send, and how to stop them.

01Program description

Customers receive recurring service-related SMS tied to their own job: booking confirmations, driver and ETA notifications, appointment and rental-pickup reminders, invoices and secure payment links, and post-service follow-ups. This is a customer-care program — not bulk marketing. Message frequency varies based on your service activity (typically a few messages per job). Message and data rates may apply.

02How customers opt in

Junk Giant collects consent through the following paths. Customers are only messaged about their own booking, or — separately and only with an explicit additional opt-in — for promotions.

1. Online booking (service texts). Customers visit https://book.jgdumpster.com/book and book by entering their name, mobile phone number, and job details. Directly beneath the phone field, the form displays this disclosure: “By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Junk Giant about your booking (confirmation, reminders, driver ETA, payment link, and replies to your questions). Message frequency varies by order. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of booking.” The disclosure links to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Providing a mobile number with this disclosure shown constitutes consent to booking-related service texts for that order only.

2. Marketing texts (separate, optional checkbox). At checkout the form offers a separate, optional, unchecked-by-default checkbox that reads: “Yes! Sign me up for Junk Giant text marketing — deals, seasonal discounts & first dibs on future offers — and take $20 off today. (optional — you can still book without it) Recurring marketing msgs; frequency varies; msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” Checking the box is voluntary — customers complete their booking whether or not they opt in, and marketing consent is never a condition of purchase. Only customers who check the box receive marketing texts; the choice is recorded with a timestamp.

3. Phone booking (service texts). When a customer calls Junk Giant at (770) 799-8386 to book, the representative confirms the mobile number and informs the customer using this script: “We'll text you about this job — your booking confirmation, driver ETA, and your invoice with a secure payment link. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.” Providing the mobile number for the booking after this disclosure constitutes consent to booking-related texts. Phone bookings are never enrolled in marketing texts.
