These terms cover dumpster rental and junk-removal service provided by Junk Giant LLC in Buford, GA and the surrounding area. By booking with us, you agree to them.
The price we quote for your job is the price you pay for the service and terms quoted. Additional charges apply only for itemized extras you incur — for example, weight over the included allowance (billed by the ton at the scale) or keeping the dumpster past the included rental days. We show these before they apply wherever possible.
You agree to provide a safe, legal, and accessible drop location; to keep the area clear for delivery and pickup; and not to place hazardous or prohibited materials (such as paint, chemicals, tires, or appliances with refrigerant) in the dumpster except as we agree in writing. You are responsible for any permits your property or municipality requires.
Payment is due as stated on your invoice. If you place a card on file, you authorize Junk Giant to charge it for the agreed job total and any itemized overages or extra-day charges you incur, for that job.
Contact us as early as possible to reschedule or cancel. Fees may apply for missed or same-day cancellations where a truck has already been dispatched; we will tell you before charging.
We take reasonable care of your property during delivery and pickup. To the extent permitted by law, Junk Giant is not liable for pre-existing conditions of the drop surface (such as cracks or soft ground) or for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
